Rwanda in talks to receive migrants deported from US, foreign minister says

NAIROBI (Reuters) – Rwanda is in the early stages of talks to receive immigrants deported from the United States, Rwandan Foreign Minister Olivier Nduhungirehe said on television late on Sunday.
