Ingredients
- 7-8 Jalapeno Peppers & 2-3 Red Bell Peppers
- 1 Box Pectin
- 1 Cup of Apple Cider Vinegar
- 4 Cups of Sugar
- 6-7 Canning Jars
Directions
Step 1:
Remove seed from peppers and dice into small piece. “Gloves recommended for taking out jalapenos seeds”
Step 2:
In a pot, combine peppers and 1 package of pectin.
Step 3:
With medium heat, add apple cider vinegar.
Step 4:
After mixture is boiling, combine sugar and stir till sugar is completely dissolved.
Step 5:
While the jam is still hot, pour into jars.
Step 6:
Clean the jars up from any jam and place lid and ring on jars. Put jars in a pot or canner for 15-20 minutes.
Enjoy with your favorite cheese, cream cheese, goat cheese and crackers.
