Jay Mac’s Summer Cucumber Salad
(you can go with or without the pasta or chicken)
2 Grilled Chicken Breasts Chopped
1 Box Cooked Rotini Pasta
1 Can Of Black Olives
½ Cup Of Feta Cheese
1 Cup Of Cherry Tomatoes Cut In Half
1 Cucumber Chopped
1/2 Cup Of Diced Onion
1/2 Cup Of Fresh Banana Peppers
½ Cup Of Italian Dressing
Top With Parmesan Cheese, Salt & Pepper
Put All The Ingredients Together In A Large Bowl And Serve!
Side Note: You can also use a rotisserie chicken to make this recipe even faster
