- 32oz chicken broth
- 2 cups diced leftover cooked ham
- 1 bag of frozen corn
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 cups of chopped carrots
- 2 cups of chopped celery
- 2 cups of chopped yellow potatoes
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 package of cream cheese
Start by sautéing onions in butter till they are golden brown.
Add carrots, corn, celery and cook them together for about 5 minutes.
Add the ham and potatoes and cook everything together for another 5 minutes.
Add your broth and once everything is at a good boil then add chopped up pieces of the cream cheese and stir until completely melted.
Bring heat down to a low boil for another 10 minutes. “DO NOT cook on a high heat”
