East TN Heart Fest is returning in 2024!

Join us for an incredible day-long event, full of amazing East TN music to spread awareness about children's heart disease - Congenital Heart Disease (CHD) - fund research and help families struggling with this disease!

This year, we're going to rock the Historic Grove Theater with BIG GUN, the #1 AC/DC Tribute, ranked by Rolling Stone Magazine! Knoxville Noise Pollution is putting together an awesome set of bands to perform throughout the day, including:
